Initial Appointment

A thoughtful introduction to your metabolic health.

Your first visit is a 45minute session centered on understanding your history, concerns, and goals.

To ensure your time is used effectively, we request that new patient paperwork and relevant labs be submitted seven days prior to your appointment.

You and your provider will discuss symptoms, metabolic patterns, lifestyle factors, and priorities for care. Recommended labs may be ordered to support a deeper understanding of your metabolic health.

You will leave with clarity on next steps and an outline for your personalized plan.

A deeper look into your metabolic profile.

This 60-minute visit includes a review of your InBody scan, lab results, and the insights gathered from your initial evaluation. Together, you will develop a tailored plan based on clinical evidence and your personal goals.

Your provider will explain your findings, discuss treatment options, and help you understand the path forward.

Initial Follow-Up Appointment

Support at the cadence that fits your needs.

Follow-up frequency varies depending on your goals, treatment plan, and desired level of support. Some patients prefer monthly visits for accountability and monitoring, some choose to come in weekly, while others choose seasonal or annual check-ins.

Each 30-minute visit includes progress review, plan adjustments as needed, and an opportunity to address questions and refine your goals.

Pricing Northwest Metabolic Medicine operates on a direct-pay model to provide personalized, uninterrupted care without the limitations of insurance-based systems.

Payment is collected at the time of service. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.

Labs: Lab pricing varies depending on the tests ordered. Some patients may use insurance for lab processing when applicable.

InBody body composition analysis is included with patient appointments after the Initial Appointment unless otherwise noted.
